The waste dirty material go through crushing, friction washing, washing, dewatering, hot air drying process will turn to be clean flakes for pelletizing.

Working Flow

— Belt conveyor: feeding the plastic film/bags into the crusher. If there is any scrap metal inside the material, semi-auto metal detector is suggested.
